The non-refundable fee is charged after our Discover Call and officially begins the trip planning and proposal process. ● Additional fee of $200 for any trip planned within six weeks of departure. ● For trips booked directly with onsite partners who request net payment, there will be an additional non-refundable management fee charged separately.
